Open Question: I wanted to start taking OxyElite Pro?

Hi Everyone, I was debating on whether or not to take OxyElite Pro. I have done plenty of research on this product, however, I am unsure about the caffeine content. I have heard a few people say that the caffeine gave them the shakes and made them feel flu-like symptoms. Will these pills make me feel flu-like symptoms? I mean, I am used to drinking energy drinks and coffee and never had any type of bad effect from them. Also, I am a healthy 19 year old male. I just want to use the pills to slim up a little bit before Summer break starts and I feel like this is one of the most effective and most fat burners out there. There is no doubt that if I take these pills I will besure to take the very carefully according to the directions because from what I understand they are very potent. And also, I understand that I have to combine these pills with diet and exercise. You dont need to tell me how to take the pills, all I want to know is... Is the caffeine going to be an issue for me even though I am used to having monster energy drinks 3-4 times per week? Slayerrrrrr, That is not the answer that I am looking for OxyElite Pro is proven to work but I just want to make sure that the caffeine will not be a problem. A friend of mine use it for a few months on and off and ended up losing almost 35 pounds. OxyElite IS NOT just caffeine, it was other ingredients to help curb appetites. My appetite is my biggest problem; I eat too much. Sometimes when I am not hungry. Thanks for you answer though!

Open Question: Caffeine has no effect on me?

It's been this way for as long as I can remember. FYI, I do not consume caffeine regularly. Many years ago when I was a kid, I used to drink moderate amounts of soda (mostly non-caffeinated like Sprite), but for the past several years most of what I drink is water with the occasional Gatorade, and I do not drink coffee and never have. I also typically have low amounts of energy everyday. I am not a morning person, I always have to fight through sleepiness after lunch or dinner, and it takes me about 1 to 2 hours to fall asleep every night, regardless of what is in my system. A while ago, I drank one of those 5-hour energy shots (the whole thing) that I got as a free sample, and I felt absolutely nothing. Do I just have a naturally high tolerance to caffeine?

Open Question: 5 hour energy made me extremely sick?

Last night I tried 5 hour energy with a friend of mine, and I ended up getting extremely sick. At first, I felt all hyper and not bad. Then 15 minutes later I started to feel sick to my stomach, and later I had VERY painful stomach aches, my heart was beating rapidly, I was getting really hot and really cold at the same time, and was feeling nauseous. And I felt like I needed to puke, but couldn't. Even though I tried :I I barely got any sleep last night, and pretty much ruined the entire sleepover for me and my friend. Well, it was still fun in a way. Besides me feeling terribly sick to my stomach. I expected it to be like any other energy drink, but it felt like I took hardcore drugs and was crashing on them. How is this crap even legal? I was wondering WHY I got sick. I'm not much of a caffeine person,, actually I've never drank coffee before, never liked it. But seriously, thats no excuse to feel like I'm dying. So, any thoughts on to why I got sick? And why this crap is legal?

Open Question: What is a good Decaf K-Cup coffee?

I just got a kureig. K-Cup. Single coffee maker. I am sensitive to caffeine. I have a big box of french vanilla cappuccino. Which is low in caffeine and i dint have any issues with it. Its not free of caffeine but its low enough it doesn't bother me providing i don't drink to much at one time. I was looking online and the decaf K-Cups. Are not very common. I know from coffee that some decaf is good and some isn't. I like Dunken doughnuts decaf coffee and dunken also sells the K-Cups. But they are a little expensive. I was looking for something i could buy in bulk and save some money. Do you have any recommendations?

Open Question: Coffee for a hot chocolate person?

I'd like to start drinking some sort of coffee for my caffeine fix. Problem is, I hate the taste of coffee, especially hot coffee. What are some coffee type drinks that taste more like hot chocolate but still have caffeine? Preferably something cold, from Dunkin' Donuts or Starbucks.

Open Question: Why do I always feel tired?

I am not your typical "always feel tired case. I'm 16 and it very good health. I exercize pretty much everyday, either weightlifting or running or both. I eat fairly healthy, especially relative to most kids my age. I get on a school night 5-7 hours of sleep a night and on a non school night 7-10 hours. Here is what I really don't understand though. I started taking some supplements including an energy supplement. I barely would feel any different taking it. I recently started taking a diet pill,"lipodrene", that other people have testifies saying 1 in the morning and they are energized all day. Or 1 in the afternoon and they can't sleep. Not me, I take my 1 or 2 and get a little jittery for a couple hours, but no real motivational energy. At work i am provided free unlimited coffee, and i could consume 500 mg of caffeine or more at work, and still have not feel that stimulated. I also started taking focus factor just before the diet pill, which also increased people's energy in many cases. Not for me. So anyway, what do you think the problem is? Should I see a doctor about it? yeah I was going to add in that I certainly exhibit depression symptoms. Its not as bad now as a couple months ago seeing how i just don't have the time to be depressed, but the lack of energy and motivation is still there. The problem with getting more sleep is I only ever really feel awake after sundown. Going to bed at 10-11 is very hard for me. Unless I was to smoke some weed.
