Farm Raised Striped Bass
Farm raised striped bass is a cross between a striped bass and a white bass. The farm raised striped bass’ meat is white and flakey, almost like a red snapper. Striped bass is great to bake, grill or even stuff with vegetables. Try it with some of our famous crusts and sauces.
